Responsibilities: Practicing Spanish with a manager, translating during the meetings with Spanish speakers; Provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis; Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations; Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments; Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager; Carrying out background research and presenting findings; Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.

Requirements: Native Spanish, Upper-Intermediate in English; 2+ years of experience in tourism, consulting or real estate business; Ability for working at least 4 hours per day; Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Organizational skills and the ability to multitask; The ability to be proactive and take the initiative; Flexibility and adaptability; Passion to Crypto currency field.
