Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

📍Provide end user support resolving technical issues in a Windows/Mac environment (local and remote). 📍Respond to IT support tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software problems with Apple and Microsoft products, both on-site and remote. 📍Provide remote support through phone or video. 📍Troubleshoot multiple computer platforms and hardware/software, including: Windows 10 & 11, Android browsers and iOS. 📍Troubleshoot networked and local printers. 📍Identify and resolve hardware and software application conflicts on wan / lan Network faults, SSL-VPN, cellular modems, ClearPass, IP telephones. 📍Accompany and train users on the computer system using hardware / software. 📍Set-up new workstations including monitors, phones, software and hardware. 📍Follow Help Desk procedures and maintain the IT systems documentation.

Requirements

📍More than 2 years of work experience as a helpdesk/IT - must 📍Familiarity with hardware components (desktops, laptops, servers) - must 📍Great communication skills, communication with employees all around the globe 📍Multi-Tasking skills and ability to work under pressure. 📍High level of English is required (verbal and written).
