Avant Arte wants to make art radically more accessible for a new generation. The company began as a cult blog of contemporary artists and grew organically into the worldās largest and most engaged online art community, with more than 2 million of their followers under the age of 35. We collaborate with iconic contemporary artists like Jenny Holzer, Cai Guo-Qiang, Claire Tabouret and Hank Willis Thomas, making their work more accessible to younger collectors through sculpture editions, print editions and unique works on paper of exceptional quality. We have built a highly engaged community of next-generation art collectors, which means our artist launches are heavily oversubscribed, with many behaving more like fashion drops, selling out in under 30 seconds. šOperational & Project Management: Exceptionally organised with experience running efficient projects and improving internal processes. šAnalytical skills and attention to detail: Demonstrated ability to use analytical thinking and data insights to evaluate the Artist Teamās performanceāboth historically and in planning for the future. Capable of reading and interpreting artist market data from auction records and other relevant sources. šCross-Functional Collaboration: Able to work with a wide range of stakeholders across different functions. Youāre approachable and confident. šStrong Communication: Comfortable simplifying complex topics, communicating clearly across audiences and writing with clarity and tone šCommercial Awareness: Confident working with numbers, commercial models and performance tracking to inform artist-facing decisions. šProblem-Solving Mindset: Resourceful and pragmaticāable to identify challenges early and help unblock issues quickly.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
š3+ years in an operations, project management, or hybrid creative/commercial role (experience in a high-growth or creative environment is a plus) šComfortable with Google Sheets or excel spreadsheet, and managing team resources šBackground or strong interest in contemporary art, artist management or cultural production
