Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Regional Oversight: šŸ“Manage day-to-day operations for multiple sites within the assigned region. šŸ“Ensure all sites align with company standards, policies, and performance goals. šŸ“Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations and address concerns. šŸ“Operational Excellence: šŸ“Oversee site performance in areas such as production, safety, quality, and maintenance. šŸ“Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. šŸ“Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and implement best šŸ“Team Leadership and Development: šŸ“Lead, mentor, and support Site Managers and direct reports. šŸ“Set performance goals for site teams and conduct regular evaluations. šŸ“Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability. šŸ“Budget and Resource Management: šŸ“Manage site budgets and resource allocation. šŸ“Work with finance and corporate teams to develop budgets and monitor expenditures. šŸ“Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining safety and performance standards. šŸ“Health, Safety, and Compliance: šŸ“Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all sites. šŸ“Conduct regular safety audits and address any issues. šŸ“Promote a culture of safety and accountability across all locations. šŸ“Cross-Department Collaboration: šŸ“Serve as the liaison between site teams and corporate departments such as HR, IT, and Maintenance. šŸ“Collaborate with department heads to ensure proper site support and resources. šŸ“Reporting and Metrics: šŸ“Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as production output, safety records, and financials. šŸ“Provide regular updates to senior leadership with recommendations for improvements. šŸ“Problem Solving and Decision Making: šŸ“Serve as the primary decision-maker for operational issues in the region. šŸ“Troubleshoot problems as they arise and implement long-term solutions. šŸ“Escalate critical issues to corporate leadership when necessary.
šŸ“Employee Relations & Performance Management: šŸ“Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations, in accordance with company policies and procedures. šŸ“Foster a culture of accountability and ensure that performance expectations are clearly communicated and met. šŸ“Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

šŸ“Proven experience (8+ years) in multi-site management, with a strong background in operations, preferably in a facilities, industrial, or manufacturing environment. šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus). šŸ“Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams across multiple locations, with strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
