Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šRegional Oversight:
šManage day-to-day operations for multiple sites within the assigned region.
šEnsure all sites align with company standards, policies, and performance goals.
šConduct regular site visits to monitor operations and address concerns.
šOperational Excellence:
šOversee site performance in areas such as production, safety, quality, and maintenance.
šIdentify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
šEnsure timely resolution of operational issues and implement best
šTeam Leadership and Development:
šLead, mentor, and support Site Managers and direct reports.
šSet performance goals for site teams and conduct regular evaluations.
šFoster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
šBudget and Resource Management:
šManage site budgets and resource allocation.
šWork with finance and corporate teams to develop budgets and monitor expenditures.
šImplement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining safety and performance standards.
šHealth, Safety, and Compliance:
šEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all sites.
šConduct regular safety audits and address any issues.
šPromote a culture of safety and accountability across all locations.
šCross-Department Collaboration:
šServe as the liaison between site teams and corporate departments such as HR, IT, and Maintenance.
šCollaborate with department heads to ensure proper site support and resources.
šReporting and Metrics:
šTrack, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as production output, safety records, and financials.
šProvide regular updates to senior leadership with recommendations for improvements.
šProblem Solving and Decision Making:
šServe as the primary decision-maker for operational issues in the region.
šTroubleshoot problems as they arise and implement long-term solutions.
šEscalate critical issues to corporate leadership when necessary.
šEmployee Relations & Performance Management:
šHandle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and terminations, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
šFoster a culture of accountability and ensure that performance expectations are clearly communicated and met.
šPerforms other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
šProven experience (8+ years) in multi-site management, with a strong background in operations, preferably in a facilities, industrial, or manufacturing environment. šBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus). šDemonstrated ability to lead and manage teams across multiple locations, with strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
