Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šHandle finance-related tasks such as maintaining rent and tenancy records, analyzing tenant sales performance (including top performers and sales by trade categories), and assessing rental, sales, and occupancy costs monthly. šPrepare ACG, Board, weekly forecast, and monthly reports, conducting analysis as required. šSupport ad-hoc analysis and/or reporting as and when required by management.
Requirements
šDegree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent. šTeam-oriented and creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills. šProactive and eager to learn, capable of multitasking and working independently in a fast-paced environment. šProficient in MS Excel, resourceful, with analytical abilities and expertise in financial modeling.
