šAssist PMs in breaking down scope into epics and user stories while identifying dependencies and blockers. šBring DevOps knowledge to monitor team dynamics and track delivery metrics. šManage and track business outcomes (OKRs), focusing on results, not just output. šBe a tool expert, but stay flexibleāuse what best suits the teamās needs. šMinimize meetings, but ensure they are well-run and efficient when necessary. šReport to the Head of Product of a department/business unit in which you will be placed.
Background and experience
šExperience in an engineering organization using Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean). šStrong understanding of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, tested, and deployed. šDeep knowledge of team dynamics and delivery methods. šSolid understanding of the roles of product managers, designers, engineers, architects, QA, DevOps, data engineers, and product marketing.
