What you will do
đź“ŤLead the day-to-day management of affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns for the UK market and execute on the agreed market strategy đź“ŤEstablish and expand the UK partner pipeline while cultivating strong, long-term relationships with affiliate and influencer partners to drive sustainable growth and high-quality traffic. đź“ŤDrive revenue and brand engagement through smart expansion strategies across affiliate and influencer channels đź“ŤCollaborate cross-functionally with the UK country, analytics, product, compliance and creative teams to plan and execute localised campaigns đź“ŤMonitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve results and uncover new opportunities whilst meeting defined ROI and acquisition targets
Who you are
📍3+ years’ affiliate marketing experience in crypto or finance sectors with a proven record of driving growth through both channel optimisation and new partner acquisition 📍Demonstrable success in building revenue-driving partnerships and delivering localised marketing strategies 📍Fluent in English – you’re confident communicating with stakeholders and partners across markets 📍Meticulous attention to detail – you notice when content or placement deviates from agreed terms 📍Experience with partnership management platforms such as Impact Radius is a strong advantage
