Responsibilities:

📍Manage the full lifecycle of the Affiliate CRM system, including project planning, execution, and delivery. 📍Define project goals and plans, allocate tasks clearly, and adjust plans based on business changes. 📍Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure effective collaboration and optimal use of resources. 📍Oversee system implementation and improvements to enhance affiliate partner management and operational efficiency. 📍Identify and control project risks, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. 📍Establish and maintain standardized project processes to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

📍Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least years of experience in Internet product or project management. 📍Experience in CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or affiliate-related projects is preferred. 📍Strong logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills. 📍Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. 📍Self-driven, responsible, and capable of handling multiple projects efficiently.
