Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šGenerate AR aging and review customers/partners statements. šIdentify delinquent accounts and perform collections on past due invoices to maintain targeted DSO under 60 days. šMaintain positive relationships with customers/partners while addressing any billing inquiries or disputes šCollaborate with Sales, Data Scientist, and Staking team to resolve customers/partners discrepancies on billing and payments. šCorrespond with potentially delinquent customers. Freeze and terminate accounts on šSalesforce when needed. šValidate and process credit memos/rebates. šProcessed in-kind payment application for partners and reconcile weekly. šPerform month-end AR close responsibilities šReview customer contract and opportunity in Salesforce šGenerate manual invoices in NetSuite and Stripe. šAssist with internal and external audits.
Requirements:
š3+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience šStrong experience with NetSuite šStrong experience with Salesforce šGreat team player, communicator and listener šPassion for detail, accuracy and all things numbers šDegree or relevant certification in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration šInterest in crypto/digital assets preferred
