Job Summary
What youâll do
📍Build and perform crypto-native reconciliation processes for new products using data sourced from internal ledgers 📍Prepare and maintain monthly account reconciliations 📍Analyze and explain monthly balance sheet and income statement fluctuations and variances 📍Assist with compiling year-end external audit requests 📍Research important accounting issues and apply best practices in accordance with accounting standards 📍Assist with ad hoc research, cleanup, and reporting projects 📍Work with various departments to streamline data flow and accounting processes 📍Assist with system automation projects as needed
What you bring
📍A Bachelorâs degree in Accounting 📍3â5 years of total experience, preferably combined across public accounting and industry 📍An understanding of GAAP standards 📍Strong analytical and organizational skills 📍Experience with process improvement and proficiency with spreadsheets 📍Experience using SQL 📍Hands-on experience in the financial close process (preferred) 📍Experience with blockchain, digital assets, and crypto (preferred) 📍Experience using a crypto subledger (preferred)
