Job Summary
What you will be working on
šperforming accounts payable duties across all entities within the Group, šprocessing invoices for the Group acting as the finance point of contact for all invoice, expense and payment queries, šassist in creating an expense reimbursement policy reconciling the accounts payable ledger invoice matching in Bank šautomating of AP processes to aid accuracy, payment on time and smoother Month End Close processing employee expenses šmanage AP systems(Net Suite, Approval Max, Zone OCR)ad hoc projects
What you will bring
š3 years of proven working experience in an accounts payable function within a fast-paced environment - because we grow fast, šworking independently and owning end-to-end processes, we value an entrepreneurial approach, šunderstanding of accounting payable and bookkeeping principles, ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records. šhands-on experience with spreadsheets, and accounting software - it will be your everyday work environment. šdata entry skills, attention to the detail and problem-solving attitude - to connect all the dots and bring up the best possible solutions. šNet Suite experience
