Job Summary

What youā€™ll do

šŸ“Overseeing the full accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate entry of invoices and expenses šŸ“Resolving invoice and payment queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders šŸ“Preparing and processing payments in fiat currencies via bank transfers šŸ“Posting invoices into the accounting system and maintaining accurate supplier records, including contact details šŸ“Onboarding new suppliers and managing the accounts payable inbox šŸ“Performing monthly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash records šŸ“Assisting with prepayments, accruals, and journal entries šŸ“Supporting the reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts under the guidance of the Financial Controller šŸ“Providing administrative support to the Financial Controller on a range of tasks as needed šŸ“Assisting with audit preparation and liaising with auditors as required šŸ“Supporting additional tasks within the finance department to ensure smooth operations

What youā€™ll need

šŸ“Experience in an accounts payable or finance role šŸ“Finance qualification or relevant background šŸ“Genuine interest in finance and cryptocurrency šŸ“Proven experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, etc.) šŸ“Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and functions like VLOOKUP or IndexMatch šŸ“Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders šŸ“Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
