Responsibilities:

📍Responsible for the accounting entities close process including consolidation 📍Prepare or review all monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis for all entities 📍Manage the annual audits for applicable entities and oversee preparation of the statutory financial statements along with the statutory financial and tax books to US GAAP reconciliation and supporting documentation 📍Develop, implement and monitor adherence to global and local accounting policies, processes, and controls 📍Overseeing AP, expense reimbursement and payroll activities, as applicable 📍Responsible for funding all subsidiaries as needed 📍Support development of, and compliance with, the company's transfer pricing policies, including reconciling intercompany balances and ensuring settlements are paid accurately.

Requirements:

📍10+ years of accounting experience in both public and industry, with a solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS CPA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent strongly preferred 📍Multi-entity, multi-geo, international expansion experience 📍Ability to communicate effectively and partner with international and domestic personnel 📍Multitasker, problem solver and succeeds in a fast-paced, growth environment 📍Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
