Job Summary
About you
📍A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in public accounting (audit) and private/in-house accounting 📍 Experience in start-ups and/or financial services is a plus 📍Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA license and strong knowledge of IFRS 📍Experience in Singapore and international tax compliance 📍Proficiency with NetSuite ERP or other cloud-based accounting software 📍Strong drive to continuously improve the accounting operations, controls and financial reporting processes, including leveraging systems and technologies to improve workflows and scalability 📍Excellent organizational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills
About the role
📍As a Manager on the Accounting team, you’ll lead the month-end, quarterly and financial closing process, oversee regulatory reporting and tax compliance.
📍You’ll have the opportunity to dive into new accounting standards and drive their implementation.
📍 You’ll be responsible for managing Paxos’ day-to-day accounting activities, such as overseeing the general ledger, cash management and accounts payable functions.
