Job Summary

Your Typical, Atypical, Day

📍Lead and manage a team of accounting consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to maximize their potential. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment within the division. 📍Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve divisional goals and objectives, including hitting revenue and margin targets. Collaborate with leadership to align the division's activities with the company strategy. 📍Act as the primary point of contact for clients assigned directly to you, ensuring exceptional service delivery and building long-term relationships. Understand the client's needs and provide strategic advice and solutions. 📍Act as a point of escalation for clients assigned to your direct reports, ensuring exceptional service delivery and building long-term relationships. Guide your team on how to best meet their clients’ needs. 📍Identify new business opportunities and lead business development efforts for the division. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, nurture leads, and participate in client onboarding. 📍Oversee and manage complex projects, ensuring timely completion, quality deliverables, and adherence to client expectations. 📍Stay abreast of industry best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risks. Implement adequate internal controls and processes within the division.

Preferably in the Clean Energy or Clean Tech sector.
