Job Summary
You Will:
šManage accounts payables and vendor relationships including reviewing vendor invoices and preparing payment based on obtaining the appropriate approvals. šPerform reconciliations of bank accounts, crypto inventory, balance sheet, card transactions and other financial data and investigate discrepancies. šAssist with maintaining general ledger, delivering monthly, quarterly and annual financial close procedures. šSupport with documenting and improving accounting processes and internal controls. Help with identifying more effective ways to complete routine tasks. šAssist with preparation of provincial, federal and regulatory reporting requirements. šWork closely with cross functional teams to ensure financial information is accurate. šParticipate in special projects.
Must have
šBachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field šEnrolled or in the process of enrolling in the CPA program šStrong time management skills with strong attention to detail šProficient in Google Office, Microsoft Excel and advanced ERPs
