Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šPrepare SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and maintain detailed support using Workiva. šAssist with quarterly earnings releases, press releases, investor presentations, and board/audit committee materials. šManage quarterly reporting timelines; coordinate information requests and monitor progress against deadlines. šCollaborate with internal teams, external auditors, and legal counsel to address reporting requirements and comments. šResearch, document, and implement new technical accounting policies and pronouncements. šSupport accounting for complex areas, including business combinations, stock compensation, EPS, debt, equity, foreign currency, and noncontrolling interests. šReview contracts for technical accounting considerations. šTrack and evaluate emerging SEC, FASB, and regulatory guidance. šBuild strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. šPrepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as needed.
Qualifications
šBachelorās degree in Accounting. š3+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm) and/or a public company. šStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal controls. šAdvanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. šERP experience (Oracle/Smartview a plus). šCPA license or in process.(Preferred) šExperience with Workiva. (preferred) šKnowledge of the payments industry(Proffered)
