Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Lead and coordinate the KYB/KYC process for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion and full compliance with regulatory requirements 📍Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and throughout the lifecycle 📍Conduct monthly account reconciliations with clients, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams 📍Coordinate with the Data and Product teams to gather and communicate client-facing reports and insights 📍Track and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring the timely collection of payments 📍Support ongoing process optimisation efforts across KYB, invoicing, and client reporting workflows and CRM implementation
Requirements:
📍Solid understanding of KYB/KYC regulatory requirements 📍Experience working with contracts, invoices, and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) 📍Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail 📍Ability to coordinate across departments (Compliance, Product, Finance, Data) 📍Proactive, client-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach 📍Experience in fintech, legal, compliance, or back-office operations is a plus 📍English fluency is required
