Job Summary
Requirements
📍A Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or a related technical field. 📍2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success in financial services). 📍Solid understanding of DeFi concepts (AMMs, Uniswap v3/v4, LP strategies, MEV, LVR, impermanent loss). 📍Hands-on experience with financial services, preferably market making or related fields 📍Strong problem-solving; able to communicate clearly with internal quants and engineers and external business stakeholders. 📍Web3 native – frequent user of DeFi protocols, staying up to date on ecosystem trends. 📍Excellent communication and organization skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. 📍Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets.
Bonus points for:
đź“ŤExperience working in a DeFi protocol or infrastructure project. đź“ŤFamiliarity with Rust, TypeScript, or Python for scripting and debugging. đź“ŤBackground in quantitative trading, liquidity provisioning, or blockchain analytics.
