Job Summary
What you will do
π Own and grow Tier-0 and Tier-1 enterprise accounts across APAC. π Increase TVL, product attach rate, and network coverage per account. π Build and execute account growth plans across multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions. π Run QBRs and EBRs, negotiate expansions, renewals, and co-marketing initiatives. πCoordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, BD, marketing, and compliance. π Track integration health, SLAs, and revenue-impacting issues. π Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in HubSpot. π Represent P2P.org at APAC industry events and partner meetings.
Requirements
π 4β7+ years in enterprise account management, channel partnerships, or B2B sales in crypto,fintech, or infrastructure. π Proven success growing revenue within Tier-0 and Tier-1 enterprise accounts. π Experience operating in regulated environments across APAC. π Strong understanding of staking and crypto infrastructure. π Executive presence with exchanges, custodians, funds, banks, and aggregators.- Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin Chinese or other APAC languages are a plus.
