Job Summary
How you will make an impact
šDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across North America, including exchanges, custodians, wallets, and other crypto-native businesses šDrive business growth through Figment's staking services across all supported networks (Ethereum, Cosmos, Polkadot, Solana, and 50+ others) šBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce to meet quarterly growth targets šCreate detailed proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of staking to different types of clients šProvide comprehensive post-sale support and account management, including regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews šWork closely with our Sales Engineering team to ensure smooth technical implementations šCollaborate with product and support teams to advocate for client needs and provide market feedback šRepresent Figment at industry events and conferences as a thought leader in the staking space šManage inbound requests and resolve client concerns efficiently through clear communication and follow-up šTrack industry trends and maintain deep knowledge of the staking ecosystem to provide strategic guidance to clients
What you bring to the team
š5+ years of sales experience in technology, fintech, or digital assets with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals šDeep understanding of blockchain technology, proof of stake networks, and the broader digital asset ecosystem šProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex, long-term sales cycles šExperience building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline with demonstrated ability to forecast accurately šStrong proficiency with Salesforce and other modern sales tools šExisting network within the crypto/blockchain industry is a plus šBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
