Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and execute a strategic plan to prospect, target, and acquire new customers within the Web3 sector through a combination of sales calls, in-person meetings, networking, and other lead generation activities. šConduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor sales strategies effectively. šBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. šCollaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to understand product offerings, competitive advantages, and market positioning, effectively communicating these to potential customers. šNurture and cultivate strong relationships with prospects, serving as a trusted advisor by understanding their business requirements and proposing tailored solutions that meet their needs. šPrepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements, ensuring a seamless transition to the onboarding process for new clients.
Qualifications
šProven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the Web3, fintech, or related industries. šExcellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. šSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results, coupled with a proactive and resilient attitude. šWillingness to travel extensively for in-person client meetings as required. šFamiliarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
