What your day-to-day looks like
šDevelop, implement, and continuously enhance learning programs related to cryptocurrency fundamentals, trading strategies, and financial literacy. šCollaborate with internal teams and external experts to ensure the relevance and accuracy of program content. šExplore and leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies to facilitate accessible and engaging learning experiences. šStay updated on emerging trends in edTech to enhance the effectiveness of crypto education programs. šFoster community among participants through forums, discussion groups, and networking events. šEncourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the crypto education community. šEstablish and monitor metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives. šGather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually improve program content and delivery methods. šCollaborate with internal departments, industry experts, and partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. šAct as a liaison between the Learning and Development team and other relevant departments. šEmphasize financial literacy principles in the context of cryptocurrency trading. šEducate participants on responsible investing, risk management, and ethical considerations in the crypto space.
Job requirements
šWhat you need to have šBachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. šProven experience in program and learning management, preferably in the context of financial services or cryptocurrency. šFamiliarity with educational technologies, Learning Management Systems, and online learning platforms. šStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. šA passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
