In this role, you will:

📍Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. 📍Drive initiatives for talent management, diversity, and a positive workplace culture. 📍Identifies key performance indicators for the company’s human resource and talent management functions. 📍Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. Optimize total rewards to attract and retain top talent. 📍Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements. 📍Formulate and implement the organization’s staffing and human resource department budgets. 📍Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization’s long-term mission and goals and align HR strategies with overall business objectives. Provide insights and solutions to drive organizational success. 📍Identifies ways to support this mission through talent management, such as learning and development. 📍Develop and manage comprehensive employer branding strategies that align with Pintu’s values. 📍Create plans to address identified issues and implement changes in processes, policies, and systems to enhance organizational performance.

Who we are looking for:

📍Bachelor’s degree and at least 8+ years of proven HR experience in end-to-end HR matter. 📍Experience operating with senior/executive management teams. 📍Growth mindset, teamwork, self-starter, can-do attitude, assertive, 📍A data-driven person with strong analytics. 📍Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills. 📍Strong ability to analyze, and understand data. 📍People enthusiast and strong in employer branding. 📍Experience utilizing Human Resources Information System (HRIS). 📍Good knowledge of employment procedures/labor laws. 📍Having interest in crypto-related industry.
