Job Summary
As a Cognyter you will:
📍Executive Partnership and Strategic Vision: As a member of the People management, you will partner closely with the executive team to develop a comprehensive and forward-looking global People strategy that directly supports our business objectives and drives organizational success 📍Leading People Excellence: You will lead, manage, and inspire our high-performing global People team. You will drive creativity and excellence across key disciplines, including Talent Acquisition, Global 📍Rewards, Employee Experience, and People Technology, ensuring all functions operate at the highest level 📍Global Facilities Management: You will oversee our global facilities strategy, including budget management, operational controls, and ensuring a safe, productive, and inspiring work environment across all our locations worldwide 📍Unique Footprint: You will be responsible for defining and enhancing our People's (HR) unique footprint, by designing and implementing exceptional employee experience that drives engagement, supports performance, and drives our company culture and values forward, aligns with company goals. 📍Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize people’s analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions, optimize our programs, and measure the effectiveness of our People initiatives, ensuring we are continuously improving and aligning with our business goals. 📍Lead the strategic planning and oversight of the department’s budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation that aligns with organizational goals, while maintaining cost-effectiveness and full compliance.
Requirements
For that mission you’ll need: 📍Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 📍10+ years of progressive People experience, including leadership roles across multiple HR functions 📍Proven success in leading strategic People initiatives in a fast-paced, global Hi-tech environment 📍Lead and develop large, high-performing People teams, demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, executive presence, and the ability to build trust and influence 📍Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results through cross-functional collaboration
