Your responsibilities

📍Financial Planning & Analysis 📍Lead the development and implementation of Swan's financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. 📍Provide insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive business performance. 📍Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track financial performance and measure progress against targets. 📍Collaborate with business units to develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives and investment opportunities. 📍Treasury Management 📍Develop and execute comprehensive treasury strategies to manage Swan's Bitcoin holdings, liquidity, and risk effectively. 📍Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support operational requirements. 📍Manage relationships with financial institutions and liquidity providers.

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 📍Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus. 📍Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, treasury management, and/or corporate finance roles. 📍Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury operations, and Bitcoin ecosystem. 📍Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced, startup environment. 📍Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
