Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the first (and so far, only) company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto. We're fully remote, with team members across the globe.
Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤOwn all corporate finance functions including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation. đź“ŤDesign and implement financial infrastructure to support tokenized products and crypto-native operations. đź“ŤEstablish systems for managing complex employee compensation across tokens, RTUs, and equity. đź“ŤSupport corporate decision-making on capital allocation, tokenomics, and strategic investments. đź“ŤNavigate the evolving line between corporate finance and corporate development. đź“ŤLead or support high-leverage strategic projects such as token buybacks, treasury strategies, or acquisitions. đź“ŤHire and manage key finance roles across FP&A, accounting, and financial operations. đź“ŤEnsure regulatory compliance, audit preparedness, and operational excellence as the company scales.
Requirements
📍8+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, ideally in high-growth, venture-backed or crypto-native companies. 📍Deep experience managing both fiat and crypto financial infrastructure; strong familiarity with on-chain assets. 📍Proven ability to build finance functions from scratch — both operational and strategic in scope. 📍Strong commercial instincts; experience supporting exec-level decision making and board-level reporting. 📍Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
