Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Understand the needs of the VIP users. Drive and obtain user insights of VIP customers 📍Design and implement end to end user experience for VIP customers 📍Responsible for product roadmap to serve VIP customer 📍Devise and execute user acquisition and retention strategy for VIP segment 📍Support the team in sourcing and managing large scale partnership to drive user and volume for Gulf Binance platform 📍Work closely with cross functional teams to successfully drive all initiatives
Requirements:
📍Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development roles 📍Proficient understanding of financial products 📍Experience in relationship management/ VIP management will be a big plus 📍Entrepreneurial self-starter, high sense of ownership, able to formulate strategies and plans and execute with minimal guidance or supervision 📍A keen interest in the crypto/blockchain/technology space is essential 📍Strong interpersonal skills as the role will be largely external facing with clients and partners 📍Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment often with uncertainty 📍Bilingual English/Thai is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders 📍User-focused, data-driven approach to decision making. Able to design and analyze key metrics dashboards
