Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Collaborate with product managers and engineers to transform ideas into functional, visually stunning user interfaces. 📍Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into impactful designs. 📍Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your vision effectively. 📍Ensure seamless handoffs by preparing detailed design specifications, assets, and guidelines for development. 📍Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot design issues during development and ensure implementation matches the vision. 📍Maintain and evolve design systems, components, and > 📍Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback and improve workflows between design, product, and engineering teams. 📍Stay updated on UI design trends and advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility.
What your day-to-day looks like
📍Pairing with engineers and product managers to discuss technical feasibility and refine designs as needed. 📍Using tools like Figma to create responsive layouts and interactive prototypes for new features. 📍Joining standups and sprint planning sessions to align with product and engineering timelines. 📍Reviewing builds to ensure UI designs are implemented accurately and suggesting adjustments where necessary. 📍Collaborating with the UX and product teams to align designs with broader user journeys and business goals. 📍Exploring new design tools and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration.
