Job Summary
The Role
📍Design: Develop UX artifacts (wireframes, mockups, flow diagrams) for global DeFi products. 📍Testing: Execute usability testing to refine interfaces. 📍Contribute to our marketing efforts by working closely with the respective teams 📍Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for cohesive product solutions. 📍Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success.
Basic Qualifications
📍4+ years in UI/UX design, with 1-2 years in web3/DeFi. 📍Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 📍Demonstrated experience in fast-paced or startup environments. 📍Portfolio showcasing UI/UX acumen in complex systems. 📍Skilled in scalable UI design and rapid integration. 📍Work with a decentralized global team across multiple timezones.
