Key Responsibilities

📍User Research: 📍Conduct research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. 📍Translate insights into actionable design solutions that improve engagement and usability. 📍UX/UI Design: 📍Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications. 📍Ensure consistency in visual design and interaction patterns. 📍Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness. 📍Prototyping: Use Figma to design interactive prototypes that communicate the flow and functionality of new features 📍Collaboration: 📍Work with the lead designer, art director, product managers, engineers, and marketing team to align designs with business objectives. 📍Provide detailed design specifications and support development for seamless implementation. 📍Continuous Improvement: 📍Test and iterate on designs using user feedback and data-driven insights. 📍Stay informed about the latest design trends and emerging technologies to maintain innovation.

Requirements

📍Trading UX/UI Experience: We are looking for candidates who have previously built out UX/UI components for a web-based trading platform 📍Technical Expertise: 📍5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. 📍Proficient in Figma with experience in prototyping and creating design systems. 📍Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards. 📍Strategic Insight: 📍Proven ability to translate complex user and business requirements into simple, intuitive designs. 📍Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data to refine and improve designs.
