Job Summary

📍Tech leading and managing a small team of researchers and research engineers 📍Algorithm development for personalized language model systems 📍Building robust evaluations for tracking modeling improvements 📍Collaborating closely with the other research sub-teams on post-training
Qualifications
📍Track-record of successfully delivering high impact machine learning systems 📍Research experience with large language models and reinforcement learning with human feedback 📍3+ years experience managing research/engineering teams 📍Experience with recommendation systems 📍Exceptional software engineering background and organizational skills
