Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with senior-level clients. 📍Identify new business opportunities and secure incremental revenue through strong relationship management. 📍Partner with the Head of Customer Success and Marketing Manager to shape outbound business strategy. 📍Lead the full business development process, from initial outreach to closing deals. 📍Evaluate creative and business potential for opportunities and provide clear recommendations. 📍Collaborate with agency leadership on opportunities that generate over $5MM annually.
What You Bring:
📍Leadership and strategic vision: Respected by peers and clients alike. 📍Ability to cultivate consultative, non-transactional relationships. 📍Experience in pipeline management and revenue forecasting. 📍Capacity to spot opportunities beyond assigned tasks. 📍Experience in staffing or software development outsourcing models. 📍Technical background in software engineering is a plus
