Job Summary
What You Can Expect To Work On
šLead a team of game testers and provide guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the testing process. šDevelop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and strategies to ensure thorough and efficient testing of our games. šCoordinate with the development team to understand game requirements, features, and technical specifications. šCoordinate and manage external QA outsourcers. šPlan and schedule testing activities, assigning tasks to team members, and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met. šPerform hands-on testing of games across various platforms and devices to identify bugs, glitches, and other issues. šDocument and track bugs using bug tracking software, ensuring clear and concise communication with the development team. šProvide detailed reports and feedback on game performance, gameplay experience, and potential improvements. šCollaborate with designers, programmers, and artists to address and resolve identified issues. šStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game testing and quality assurance. šConduct regular training sessions for the testing team to enhance their skills and knowledge. šParticipate in the recruitment and onboarding process of new game testers.
Requirements
šWhat You Need to Succeed šExperience: Proven experience with a minimum of 5 year work experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role with experience in leading and releasing titles on Apple AppStore and GooglePlay store. šTechnical Skills : Familiar with project management and QA methodologies, as well as software like Jira, Notion, Asana, Shotgun, Excel, Project, Confluence, Unreal Engine, Unity or equivalents šCommunication : Ability to communicate with stakeholders and the team as a whole in an effective and concise manner šPeople Management: Able to work as part of a team, and proven record of cross functional collaboration šProblem-Solving: Analytical mind, Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude šNFT & Blockchain : Experience in working NFTs and blockchain technology/industry is a plus
