Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES
šDevelop and implement a QA strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives šImplement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our products quality and efficiency šEnsure testing and validation is meeting proper quality and performance šOversee the development and execution of automated and manual testing procedures šDefine, track, and analyze key quality metrics and KPIs šPrepare and present quality reports to different stakeholders šAnalyze and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and reduce costs šImplement best practices in operations management šManage resources, personnel, equipment, and budgets šDevelop and implement risk management plans and procedures šEnsure compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standards šLead, mentor, and develop QA and operations teams šFoster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability šIdentify training needs and provide opportunities for professional development šConduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members šCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support šEnsure effective communication of quality and operational performance across the organization šDevelop and manage budgets for QA and operations departments
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
šBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field šSignificant experience in software quality assurance within senior leadership or director-level role. šExtensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes šDeep understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines šExperience in defining, tracking, and reporting QA metrics šAbility to set and communicate a clear vision for the QA department aligned with organizational goals šExperience in developing and executing long-term QA strategies šExpertise in recruiting, retaining, and managing top QA talent
