RESPONSIBILITIES

šŸ“Develop and implement a QA strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives šŸ“Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our products quality and efficiency šŸ“Ensure testing and validation is meeting proper quality and performance šŸ“Oversee the development and execution of automated and manual testing procedures šŸ“Define, track, and analyze key quality metrics and KPIs šŸ“Prepare and present quality reports to different stakeholders šŸ“Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and reduce costs šŸ“Implement best practices in operations management šŸ“Manage resources, personnel, equipment, and budgets šŸ“Develop and implement risk management plans and procedures šŸ“Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standards šŸ“Lead, mentor, and develop QA and operations teams šŸ“Foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability šŸ“Identify training needs and provide opportunities for professional development šŸ“Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support šŸ“Ensure effective communication of quality and operational performance across the organization šŸ“Develop and manage budgets for QA and operations departments

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field šŸ“Significant experience in software quality assurance within senior leadership or director-level role. šŸ“Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes šŸ“Deep understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines šŸ“Experience in defining, tracking, and reporting QA metrics šŸ“Ability to set and communicate a clear vision for the QA department aligned with organizational goals šŸ“Experience in developing and executing long-term QA strategies šŸ“Expertise in recruiting, retaining, and managing top QA talent
