Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Provide technical leadership and guidance to QA team of 3 people 📍Supervise and perform all kinds of testing as functional, integration etc. 📍Supervise and perform automation testing: drive increased coverage 📍Develop and implement QA metrics and reporting mechanism 📍Identify opportunities to improve test processes and tools 📍Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback
Requirements:
📍Hands-on experience with test planning, test designing and execution (3 years) 📍Hands-on experience in agile planning, performing estimation, prioritization and coordinating test activities 📍Hands-on experience in working with traffic sniffers 📍Good understanding of web server architecture 📍Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to priority changes in a fast paced environment 📍Strong communication skills and result orientation 📍Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
