Job Summary
Duties:
📍Build and maintain a media and journalist database 📍Assist with PR outreach and follow-ups: drafting pitch emails, tracking replies, and coordinating interviews. 📍Research and monitor for relevant marketing opportunities, including but not limited to awards, speaking at online and offline events, media opportunities. 📍Support the design of assets for in-person and virtual events. 📍Support event communications and other logistics. 📍Handle administrative tasks: tracking budgets, timelines, contracts, invoices, and post-event wrap-ups. 📍Help manage and grow social media presence through scheduling, monitoring engagement, and reporting.
Background and experience
📍Studying or recently graduated in PR, Marketing, Communications, or similar. 📍Strong written and visual communication skills. 📍Familiarity with design tools to support event promotion and branding across digital and print formats. 📍Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive attitude. 📍A genuine interest in digital assets is a strong plus
