Job Summary
Duties:
šBuild and maintain a media and journalist database šAssist with PR outreach and follow-ups: drafting pitch emails, tracking replies, and coordinating interviews. šResearch and monitor for relevant marketing opportunities, including but not limited to awards, speaking at online and offline events, media opportunities. šSupport the design of assets for in-person and virtual events. šSupport event communications and other logistics. šHandle administrative tasks: tracking budgets, timelines, contracts, invoices, and post-event wrap-ups. šHelp manage and grow social media presence through scheduling, monitoring engagement, and reporting.
Background and experience
šStudying or recently graduated in PR, Marketing, Communications, or similar. šStrong written and visual communication skills. šFamiliarity with design tools to support event promotion and branding across digital and print formats. šHighly organized, detail-oriented and proactive attitude. šA genuine interest in digital assets is a strong plus
