Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
📍Design and implement low-touch and algorithmic trading strategies for OTC crypto market. 📍Research and iterate trading strategies in order to maximize PnL. 📍Monitor and manage execution and market risk in real-time during trading sessions. 📍Work with operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure seamless end to end flow.
Your Skills and Experience:
📍At least 5 years of experience in trading / researching and developing crypto trading strategies. Ideal candidate will have experience in OTC low-touch trading and the full trade lifecycle. 📍Background in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or a related technical field. 📍Team player and self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset 📍Strong development skills in Python. 📍Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
