Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop, enhance, and maintain comprehensive MI frameworks related to compliance and financial crime risk management. šCollaborate with senior stakeholders and the Chief Compliance Officer to identify MI requirements and deliver actionable insights. šDesign and produce high-quality, board-level presentations and reports that clearly communicate complex compliance and financial crime data. šSupport the Global Head of Governance in monitoring governance processes and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. šLead initiatives to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and MI automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness with use of AI. šProvide expert analysis and interpretation of MI data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for governance improvements. šFacilitate communication and coordination between compliance, financial crime, and governance teams to ensure consistent MI delivery. šStay abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practices related to compliance, financial crime, and governance reporting. šSupport audit and regulatory review processes by providing accurate and timely MI and governance documentation.
Required Experience & Skills:
šProven experience in an MI and governance role, preferable in a Financial Crime and compliance environment. šDemonstrated ability to enhance MI processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. šExperience creating and delivering board-level presentations and reports that influence senior leadership decision-making. šStrong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to compliance and financial crime. šExcellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams. šAdvanced proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex information. šDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities. šAbility to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment.
