Background and experience:

📍Experience as a IT Support Lead/Desktop Support Manager/Helpdesk Manager or as a leader in a technical support role. 📍Excellent customer service skills 📍Proven examples of managing key internal/external clients within a technical role 📍Strong hands-on technical background. 📍Excellent analytical, organizational and troubleshooting skills. 📍Ability to work under pressure. 📍Excellent leadership and people
