Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Define Growth Activity & Task Product team's Vision and Goals: 📍Build the product roadmap, set clear product positioning, and steer the team’s direction to achieve strategic growth objectives. 📍Drive innovation by leveraging a deep understanding of campaign and task operations and strategies. 📍Proactively Drive Growth: 📍Develop Go-To-Market plan and product operation plan that maximize product value. 📍Proactively identifying opportunities to generate business growth and market impact. 📍Stay ahead of industry trends, applying best practices to ensure the product remains competitive and forward-thinking.
What We Look For In You
📍5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, in hyper-growth global tech companies. 📍3+ years of expertise in growth activity, mega sale, personal task, loyalty system, and platform products, with proven success of driving growth through innovative product solutions. 📍Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to define product positioning and build comprehensive roadmaps. 📍Deep understanding of data analysis, user research, and campaign performance metrics. 📍Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects.
