Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Assist in our security administration activities including but not limited to user provisioning, access control, endpoint management, threat prevention and networking maintenance; 📍Develop and implement access control workflows; Handle enquiries, IT request and assist in resolving and troubleshooting from internal users; 📍Subordinate to the Line Manager, according to the approved Company’s organizational chart; 📍Communicate and interact with the Line Manager, other members of theirs or other departments of the Company; 📍Communicate and interact with employees or representatives of other individuals and legal entities and organizations, including institutions and supervisory authorities, if necessary; 📍Report the progress of the of the work to the Line Manager or to the CCO; 📍Configure and maintain our security infrastructure; Test and evaluate emerging security solutions; 📍Executes other tasks related to the fulfillment of all described above.
Requirements
📍General IT Support experience including User laptop provisioning, maintenance, User Account Provisioning and deprovisioning is considered a plus; 📍Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems. Linux would be an advantage; 📍Experience with Atlassian products, such as Jira for ticket-handling is a plus; 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users effectively; 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently and in a timely manner; 📍Past experience in IT support or a similar technical role is a plus.
