Job Summary
Tasks and Responsibilities
šProvide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products šFirst and second level technical support ā calls/tickets/user interaction šProvide prompt responses to IT related questions from end-users šReliable documentation of all end-user interactions in customer ticket system āService Nowā (e.g., incidents, requests) šCreate, maintain, utilize knowledge articles šProvide IT onboarding trainings to new starters šContribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
šLanguage skills: fluent Polish, fluent English, other languages are a plus š2+ years of experience in a similar role šStrong problem solving/analytical abilities šAttention to detail and ability to multi-task, handling multiple stakeholders šAbility to prioritize and willingness to work self-sufficiently and well organized šTeam player and supportive personality šExperience in regulated IT environments is a plus (e.g. GxP) šAll candidates must provide a Criminal record not older than 3 months
