Job Summary
Required Skills:
šOrganizational and Coordination Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks, schedules, and resources across multiple IT functions. šCommunication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills for interacting with users, vendors, and team members. You can translate technical information into user-friendly language. šBasic IT Knowledge: Familiarity with IT support processes, hardware, software, and network fundamentals. You understand the basics of troubleshooting and user support. šDocumentation and Record-Keeping: Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation, including user guides, process records, and IT asset tracking. šProject Coordination Experience: Ability to support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Educational Requirements:
šBachelorās degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience in IT coordination may be considered. šCertifications in project coordination or IT support (e.g., CompTIA IT Fundamentals+, CAPM) are advantageous.
