Job Summary
What you will do…
📍Maintain and configure our HRIS (Workday) to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity and system security 📍Provide ongoing support to our People team and end-users, including training, resolving system issues and creating user documentation 📍Create custom reports and analyze data to provide actionable insights to People leadership and other stakeholders 📍If needed, lead the implementation of new HRIS modules and enhancements, including testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployment

What you will need…
📍2-4 years of experience working with HRIS systems, with at least 1-2 years focused on Workday (certifications will be highly appreciated) 📍Deep understanding of HR processes, data management, and best practices for system implementation and maintenance 📍Proven ability to work with data (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.) 📍Excellent problem solving skills with a user-centric mindset 📍Ability to work autonomously, exercising sound judgment, whilst also being a strong team player
