Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAO’s core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.

đź“ŤHR Operations đź“ŤOversee contributor lifecycle: onboarding, reviews, transitions, exits. đź“ŤManage service contracts, HRIS updates, records, and compliance. đź“ŤSupport payroll, benefits, and leave with vendors/finance. đź“ŤBe the first contact for HR queries. đź“ŤImplement and maintain policies and processes.
Requirements
📍Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 📍4–6 years of HR experience with exposure to HR operations and recruitment. 📍Strong understanding of HR best practices. 📍Proven track record in managing multiple HR functions in a lean or fast-paced environment. 📍Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. 📍Ability to balance hands-on HR operations with strategic partnering.
