What You’ll Be Doing

📍Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment 📍Serve as a strategic advisor to functional senior leaders, developing and implementing people plans that directly enable business goals and drive organizational health. 📍Build deep business acumen to diagnose needs and co-create solutions with leaders, acting as a strategic conduit between the business and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs). 📍Talent & Leadership Development 📍Coach and mentor senior leaders on the full spectrum of talent management: from performance enablement and succession planning to organizational design and team effectiveness. 📍Lead and facilitate talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build a robust and diverse leadership pipeline.

What We Look For In You

📍10+ years of HR experience, including Business Partnering and experience working with C-suite leaders. 📍Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth technology or related environments. 📍Proven experience as a strategic HR leader for global, cross-cultural teams, with comfort navigating time zones, cultural nuances, and occasional international travel. 📍A demonstrated track record of coaching and developing senior leaders on complex issues including performance management, talent strategy, and organizational change. 📍A powerful blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution - you can design the strategy and also roll up your sleeves to implement it. 📍Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to tell a story and drive decision-making.
