Job Summary

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

šŸ“Assist employees with inquiries related to Pag-IBIG savings, MP2, and other government-mandated benefits. šŸ“Maintain accurate and updated records of contributions, claims, and compliance documents. šŸ“Process loan approvals and payroll deductions for Pag-IBIG and SSS. Issue Certificates of Contribution, Member Data Records (MDRs), and other required documents. šŸ“Consolidate payroll changes and address any related enquiries. šŸ“Ensure timely submission of compliance reports including ER2, R1A, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG attrition reports, DOLE wage reports, and other required filings. šŸ“Stay informed and up to date on labor and statutory benefit laws šŸ“Proactively contribute to process improvements in benefits and HR operations. šŸ“Support other HR initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. šŸ“4 years+ of experience in HR, working with compensation and benefits administration. šŸ“Deep understanding of Philippines government-mandated benefits and related processes (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, BIR). šŸ“High attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity in handling confidential information. šŸ“Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. šŸ“Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus
