Job Summary
Key responsibilities
šProvide comprehensive HR guidance and support to assigned business areas, with particular focus on trading and technology teams šPartner with leaders to develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives šDrive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, succession management, and performance optimization šManage employee relations and facilitate resolution of complex personnel matters šCollaboration with other HR sub-teams (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Program Management) on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives šDevelop and implement HR policies and processes that support our trading operations and regulatory compliance requirements šProvide data-driven insights and metrics to support business decision-making
Background and Competencies
š7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role šExperience supporting high-performance teams in financial services, trading, or financial technology sectors šStrong understanding of compensation structures and practices in trading and financial infrastructure environments šExperience with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services šProficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools šExcellence in stakeholder management and communication across diverse, global teams
