šManage relationships with our payroll providers in Europe and North America, ensuring timely payments, smooth operations, and effective troubleshooting šBenefits administration, including enrolling employees in new benefits, answering questions, and relaying feedback šFacilitate employment contract issuance and signing for incoming staff, supporting the HR and Legal teams with updates to existing contractual templates as needed for new and existing staff šCollaborate with HR Operations teammates to create and implement payroll operations, a suite of benefits, and other jurisdiction-specific policies for new entities šOnboard and offboard employees from payroll systems šPartner closely with HR Operations teammates and Finance to ensure data integrity and a seamless flow of information impacting payroll šAssist with optimizing our payroll and benefits-related internal processes through new automations or integrations between our tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll portals) šResearch and communicate relevant labor law regarding compensation, taxes, and paid leave to ensure our policies are compliant across multiple jurisdictions šPerform salary, bonus, and benefits optimization projects for our employees, maintaining competitive, value-driven compensation packages
Background, experience and competences:
šAt least two years of previous experience in an HR Operations or Payroll/Benefits role, supporting employees based in more than one country šA strong understanding of payroll systems, taxes, and common benefits, with the ability to quickly learn these conditions in a new jurisdiction šExperience managing relationships with multiple external service providers and/or payroll providers is a significant plus šOrganisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities effectively under pressure šA deep curiosity for digital assets and financial services, and the ability to make decisions based on value added for our business and our talent strategy šExceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with teammates and other stakeholders, whether you work remotely or join one of our offices
